February 14 is Named European Epilepsy Day
February 14th is European Epilepsy Day – the day on which the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) and the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) will focus attention on epilepsy in Europe. The theme of the day is ‘The Many Faces of Epilepsy’. As a leader in epilepsy, UCB supports the IBE and the ILAE in their aims to raise awareness and understanding of epilepsy.
The first European Epilepsy Day sees the launch of the UCB initiative, "Epilepsy In Our Time", an exploration of the lives of five people living with epilepsy across Europe today, through their own video diaries.
