Fatigue is now considered the main reason the 987-foot Exxon Valdez tanker ran aground three hours after leaving the Alyeska oil terminal. Its crew had just spent a grueling 22 hours loading 53 million gallons of crude oil into the ship's cargo tanks. The 11 million gallons that spilled out was enough to fill 125 Olympic-sized swimming pools, firmly planting the spill in first place worldwide in terms of damage to the environment.

What impact is fatigue having on your business? Consider the following:

How many careless mistakes in the workplace can be avoided?
How many accidents that increase liability can be avoided?
How can you improve morale by increasing energy?
How much productivity is lost to obesity, hypertension, heart attack and stroke?
