National Napping Day calls for extra sleep

Today is "National Napping Day." Advocates for getting a healthy amount of sleep say even adults can benefit from some midday shut-eye.
After losing an hour over the weekend due to the time change, a lot of folks around New Orleans this morning said they still haven't caught up on their sleep.
"It's been a rough weekend," said one early-morning commuter. "I'm still getting adjusted to it. I was up until about 11 o'clock, and psychologically or something, it's just got me all wiped out," said another as he clutched his go-cup of coffee.
That's why Boston University professor William Anthony and his wife Camille declared the first work day after Daylight Saving Time begins to be "National Napping Day." They want to highlight the benefits of a power nap.
