Phototherapy
Circadian rhythm disorders are common and can cause sleepiness or insomnia.
Phototherapy is a non-medicinal treatment for circadian rhythm disorders. The brain’s clock has a natural sensitivity to blue-light. We use a safe light source emitting a specific wavelength of blue light to aid in resetting the hypothalamic diurnal rhythms.
Chronotherapy Chronotherapy is a non-medicinal approach to the treatment for insomnia or sleepiness due to a circadian rhythm disorder.
