I see infants for developmental follow up after leaving the hospital who do not have developmental surveillance.
Sometimes, I see young children who have developmental delay and other neurologic disorders but have not seen a neurologist.
Its best that the two go together.
Here are some links for parents of children at risk in the Houston Area ( Memorial , Sugar Land , Cypress , Katy, Bellaire , Pearland , Baytown , Stafford , Rosenberg , Missouri City , The Woodlands )

ECI Publications
This brochure provides general information about ECI’s unique services and support as well as contact information for making a referral.
The ECI Handbook guides families through the steps to early childhood intervention services and informs them about their rights to ECI services. As an ECI policy requirement, the handbook must be explained and distributed at intake or during enrollment in ECI.
This handbook helps prepare families for transition from ECI.
